The eSuite platform has been updated to version v174.0.

Enhanced Payment Windows

This significant change adds additional configuration to Payment [Suppression] Windows to better optimise payment success globally. Clients leveraging this functionality can now define payment windows on a per country basis with optimized transaction submission times.

As this is system configuration, please contact your Account Manager to discuss making changes to your existing config or enabling this feature set.

Release Service Pack

  • Updated the eSuite HQ Direct Debit settings section to remove ambiguous information regarding Retry Payment Delay
  • Fixed an issue that could cause some text to appear incorrectly when displayed in some languages
  • Fixed an issue which could apply an incorrect expiry date on a moved subscription when a trial applies
  • Fixed an issue displaying the customer parameters setting page
  • Fixed an issue that could display phone numbers incorrectly for newly created accounts
  • Fixed an issue that could display entitlement dates incorrectly in some languages
  • Fixed an issue that could prevent selecting the "Allow full trial" option on a Low Start Offer in specific use cases
  • The default amount of an offline subscription is now set to the actual price while status is updating from 'waiting' to 'complete'
