eSuite v150.0
Key Updates
Issue Schedule comes to eSuite as part of Physical Subscriptions
We're approaching the final the few epics of Physical Subscriptions, Phase 1, and today we're very excited to deploy the Issue Schedule feature (available to clients upon the completion of all remaining Physical Subscriptions epics). In a nutshell, the Issue Schedule drives the creation of entitlements and fulfillments which support the granting of access to digital content and fulfilment of physical goods respectively. Issue schedules are independent of the payment frequency chosen by the customer, for example a daily newspaper is issued daily regardless of whether the customer pays weekly or monthly.
Issue schedules offer a great deal of flexibility in terms of how when entitlements and fulfilments are created. Options include Daily, Monthly, Annual, Irregular - a user defined list of dates and Custom - a regular publication starting from a given date. The feature also includes the the concept of exclusion dates which allows for exceptions in a regular calendar such as public holidays.
Watch this space as we enter the the final stages of Physical Subscriptions, and release all associated features for client use.
API Voucher Error Responses Optimisation
At the point of configuration, error responses for invalid vouchers were showing as null and were showing as a invalid until point of purchase. This has now improved to request the validity of a voucher code at point of configuration and return the correct error response prior to purchase.
Number of tickets deployed: 42

Quick note: Moving forward, we will show an indicative % completion against the 'coming soon' items to offer more transparency to the progress made behind the scenes. This does not indicate which release the development will be assigned to, more a reflection of reaching 'dev complete', at which stage will require rigorous testing, and regression.
