eSuite v155.0
Below are the product development updates within this release. Should you wish to get a live demonstration of any of the functionality, please contact your Account Manager.
iTunes IAP (Native Billing) Enhancements
We have added several enhancements to the cancellation of iTunes IAP (Native Billing). This includes:
- An enhancement to our internal housekeeper, enabling eSuite to identify when a customer soft-cancels their subscription in real-time, giving clients time to contact customers with win-back incentives.
- Against the Account, AutoRenew will be disabled
- A record and reason of cancellation is added to the Customer Support Log
The iTunes IAP page has been updated to reflect these changes.
