eSuite v154.0

Key Updates

Offer & Voucher Improvements

We’ve released several changes to the terminology and logic surrounding offer & voucher configuration and usage. Highlights of this development can be viewed below, however additional detail can be found in the Product section.

  • We’ve removed the 'All' tab from the Offer page within the Voucher section. We felt this was unnecessary and added noise to the page. This can be found in the download function in the same section.
  • Once an offer has expired or all voucher codes redeemed, the corresponding status symbol in the Offers Overview will now default to 'expired' (grey).
  • You can define a maximum number of voucher uses per offer. This can be edited as long as no vouchers have been issued.
    • Virtual Terminal will inherit this logic preventing codes being used that have reached their maximum use.
  • Voucher 'Uses' do not consider auto-renew. Note that 'Used' count will show all voucher uses.
  • Change to the filters in the Offers search page:
    • "Unique to user Use Once" changed to "Specific account / Limited Use".
    • "Unique to user Use Many" changed to "Specific account / Unlimited Use".
    • "Not Unique One Use" changed to "Any account / Limited Use".
    • "Not Unique Use Many" changed to "Any account / Unlimited Use".
  • Improvements to download of voucher use (csv)
    • Client user ID is mapped.
    • Applied date (when it was added to the subscription) and redeemed date (when the voucher became effective).
    • Subscription ID added.

This does not indicate which release the development will be assigned to, more a reflection of reaching 'dev complete', at which stage will require rigorous testing, and regression.
