Key Updates

Announcing 2 New Alternative Payment Methods (APMs): Trustly & iDeal

We've added the ability for eSuite to support payments through the 2 new bank transfer methods, Trustly and iDeal. These payment methods are for single payments and non-recurring subscriptions only.

• Trustly is available in the following countries: Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Finland, Italy, Norway, Poland and Sweden, supporting EUR currency.
• iDeal is available within the Netherlands supporting EUR currency.

Across both APMs, the user flow is similar. Selecting either of the above payment methods will redirect the user to Trustly/iDeal pages to select Bank, authenticate and verify the purchase before returning back to the eSuite payment flow for confirmation.

Product Bundles: The ability to create Carts of Products that can be purchased as a single transaction.

Publication Calendar: When creating a product, you will also be able to define the frequency at which is it is issued either physically or digitally.

Cancellation Options: In the event your customer hard cancels their subscription, you will soon be able to define whether they are entitled to a full, partial or no refunds on the deferred revenue of their pre-pay subscription.

Delivery Calendar: You will soon be able to define when and where you would like your physical items to be shipped to, an example of this is that you would like your item shipped to work if it is due to arrive between Monday to Friday but home if it will arrive on the weekend.

GDPR Reporting: New roles and increased functionality for your eSuite HQ reports. Data Protection Officer (DPO) role will be able to determine encryption type and control the destination of reports, specifically (but not exclusively) aimed at PII information.
