Generic Fulfillment Extract
The eSuite Physical subscription solution includes the concept of fulfilments. Fulfilments are generated with each eSuite order to drive the delivery of physical products. In order for this delivery to happen successfully, fulfilments need to be passed to a distribution partner.
Typically, each MPP Global client has their own unique distribution partner. As a global SaaS platform, it is not practical for MPP Global to implement and maintain integrations with all of those distribution solutions. Instead, the solution is a single, generic output which can be transformed into the format required by each distribution partner.

Cancellation Options for Bundles
Clients can now configure cancellation options for bundle subscriptions. Upon hard cancellation of a bundle (pre-defined or user-defined) subscription, depending on the cancellation options configured, the following cancellation options will be available: Full refund, Full refund via service credits, Partial refund or Partial refund via service credits.
