The eSuite platform has been updated to version v175.0.

Process Refunds During Working Days

An additional config setting has been added to enable a client affiliate to set refunds to only be processed during working days only, should they wish. In this scenario, when a refund transaction is set to 'pending submission' during a weekend or public holiday, the refund processing date will fall to the next working day available.

As this is a configuration setting, to enable this feature please speak with your Account Manager.

Release Service Pack

  • The Add Subscription endpoint on v11.1 now supports custom payment methods
  • Fixed an issue that could cause a subscription purchase to fail if the service update handler was misconfigured with an incorrect URL
  • Fixed a UI issue in the virtual terminal where price information was being duplicated for bundle purchases in the order information
  • Fixed a UI issue causing some specific dashboard information from displaying correctly
  • Fixed a UI issue causing some decimals not to appear against the service price after a move subscription has occurred
