eSuite v171.0

The eSuite platform has been updated to version v171.0.

Card on File

Card on File functionality has been extended to cater for scenarios where card details are updated as part of the Card Updater process. eSuite now identifies a new card wallet as Customer created, such as adding card details, or updating card details through self-care. Alternatively if a new card wallet is created as part of the Card Updater process, this is now identified as Merchant created, and as such is handled as an updated record of the previously stored card details.

Frequency Dependent Product Pricing

The eSuite bundles solution has been enhanced to give greater control over the products available for selection in user defined carts. This enhancement allows products to be associated with contracts and prices to be defined for each association. The eSuite ReST API has been updated to allow these relationships to be retrieved, supporting purchase journeys where the customer has control over both the products they want to purchase and the frequency at which they want to pay.

Release Service Pack

  • Payment Instructions that are in a Pending status include the full customPaymentParameters within the results.
  • Voucher reference is now shown against the subscription in eSuite HQ.
  • Validation on the number of periods when creating a fixed price discount has been removed.
  • The vouchers download now shows the date that the voucher was redeemed in the Redemption column.
  • Improved validation on fields within the Virtual Terminal flow to prevent reloading.
  • Improved Support logging around Google Play renewal events.
  • SEPA BICs are stored as Uppercase whether entered or imported.
  • Configurable behaviour to allow Free Trials to start in the future.
