The eSuite Academy

The Academy contains bite-size video content arranged into courses, which can be completed in your own time. Individual topics are covered in short, concise videos, whilst larger topics or concepts are covered across a series of videos.

At the end of the larger courses is a practical workshop and assessment to assist in encouraging practical learning. Video content can be watched as many times as required.

The eSuite academy also heavily references other forms of documentation such as the Support Centre, API documentation, and Freshdesk, to provide a complete learning and reference solution for you and your team.

Various courses also support annual Compliance certification as well, to ensure your team stay up to date with the latest application developments.

Please contact your Account Manager to obtain access to the eSuite Academy.  You will receive an email confirmation when your account has been created.

On first login you will be able to see any assigned courses in the main area as well as browse course from the top menu. Additional courses that can be taken will be available from the Course Library. Additional content is being continuously created, and will appear in this list as they become available.
