Key Updates

Physical Subscriptions Progression: 70% Complete

Although not available to clients just yet, this release includes several major features to support the project, including: 1. Publication Calendar support in eSuite HQ - enabling clients to define issuing/non-issuing dates for publication schedules 2. View the breakdown of specific payments and refund individual or all items against a specific purchase and 3. View, configure and amend a fulfillment and its shipping details against a customer in eSuite HQ and API.

At this point in time we are nearing completion of the initial foundations to support print and physical subscriptions. There are still a number epics and stories which are required in order to make all of the project features available. We aim to roll out the project in the forthcoming months - watch this space.

Coming Soon

Product Bundles: The ability to create Carts of Products that can be purchased as a single transaction.

Cancellation Options: In the event your customer hard cancels their subscription, you will soon be able to define whether they are entitled to a full, partial or no refunds on the deferred revenue of their pre-pay subscription.

Delivery Calendar: You will soon be able to define when and where you would like your physical items to be shipped to, an example of this is that you would like your item shipped to work if it is due to arrive between Monday to Friday but home if it will arrive on the weekend.

GDPR Reporting: New roles and increased functionality for your eSuite HQ reports. Data Protection Officer (DPO) role will be able to determine encryption type and control the destination of reports, specifically (but not exclusively) aimed at PII information.
