Custom Offline Payment Methods

Previously, eSuite has allowed you the ability to use a payment method of Offline for any transaction that takes place outside of the eSuite platform that allows the customer to pay for their subscription e.g. cash. This however had two limitations - firstly that all payment methods would be classigied as Offline even if it related to multiple methods such as cash and cheque, and the second was that it always required manual completion. As part of this release, eSuite now allows you to configure as many custom Offline payment methods as required. The functionality will also allow you to configure whether the payment is manually or automatically completed.

Product Bundles: The ability to create Carts of Products that can be purchased as a single transaction.

Publication Calendar: When creating a product, you will also be able to define the frequency at which is it is issued either physically or digitally.

Cancellation Options: In the event your customer hard cancels their subscription, you will soon be able to define whether they are entitled to a full, partial or no refunds on the deferred revenue of their pre-pay subscription.

Delivery Calendar: You will soon be able to define when and where you would like your physical items to be shipped to, an example of this is that you would like your item shipped to work if it is due to arrive between Monday to Friday but home if it will arrive on the weekend.

GDPR Reporting: New roles and increased functionality for your eSuite HQ reports. Data Protection Officer (DPO) role will be able to determine encryption type and control the destination of reports, specifically (but not exclusively) aimed at PII information.
