Announcement

As part of this release, access to the legacy management console has been removed. Management of your instance should now be through eSuite HQ.

Vantiv Fraud Screening

Upgrades have been made to our existing integration with Vantiv. This upgrade introduced the ability for both basic and advanced fraud capabilities on purchases that are made via the eSuite platform.

Improvements to Third Party Authentication

Currently, when creating accounts using third party providers (such as Facebook), eSuite will not mark the account as verified and will send the account confirmation e-mail template (if enabled). This can now be configured by MPP Global Support when setting up your provider application; where you can choose if the verified flag should be set to true or false on creation, and whether eSuite should send the account fonfirmation email or not. If you'd like to change an existing application, please raise a request via https://mppglobal.freshdesk.com/support/login and we'll be happy to help

Smaller enhancements

Enhancements to the subscription holiday day calculation. The end date of the subscription holiday is now inclusive (ends at 23:59) instead of exclusive.
A new endpoint has been introduced to allow you to monitor status of the eSuite platform and it's associated build version.

Coming Soon

• Product Bundles: The ability to create Carts of Products that can be purchased as a single transaction.
• eSuite SDK: Ongoing improvements to support existing eSuite features and a new/improved front end design.
• Subscription Cancellation Code and Reason: The API will soon support the ability for you to categorise why a subscription is being cancelled. This functionality will match that which is currently available on eSuite's refund capability.
• Account Groups: Improvements to the Account Groups feature allowing invites and support in the eSuite SDK.
